Q. What is the difference between Lustre paper, Metallic paper and Giclee Watercolor?
- Lustre paper is a quality photo paper known as Kodak Supra Endura that has great colors characteristics, a matte finish and is fingerprint resistant.
-The Metallic paper has a strong rich vibrance for colorful images and has certain pop factor. It can have a similar look to an aluminum print and is done using Kodak Metallic paper.
-The Giclee Watercolor paper is what is often called fine art paper or cotton rag paper. This is the best of the best for papers, it has strong color qualities, great characteristics/feel, a slight texture and great color/depth. These papers are made from fine cotton fibers interwoven together, which helps to give the paper a lively look and feel. Treated with a protective coating for ultimate longevity.
